Mission
The National Committee for Support of Presidential Authority in the Republic of Azerbaijan works to preserve the traditions of statehood, strengthen public solidarity and organise the active participation of civil society in state-building.
The Committee is an independent public body and operates in accordance with the Constitution and legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan and its own Charter.
Areas of work
- Civic support — organising and coordinating initiatives in support of state policy and presidential authority;
- Culture and creativity — supporting poetry, visual art and other creative works dedicated to the homeland, the state and the people;
- Education and outreach — promoting a sense of statehood, patriotism and national and spiritual values among young people;
- Work with the regions — establishing Committee representations across the country and coordinating their activities;
- International relations — cooperation with compatriots abroad and partner organisations.
Principles
The Committee's work is based on the principles of legality, transparency, voluntary participation, equality and openness. The authenticity of credentials issued to Committee members can be confirmed by anyone through the QR code on the credential.

Charter
Chapter I. General provisions
Article 1. This Charter defines the legal status, aims and tasks, governance structure and operating rules of the National Committee for Support of Presidential Authority in the Republic of Azerbaijan (hereinafter — the Committee).
Article 2. The Committee is a voluntary public association and operates in accordance with the Constitution and legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Chapter II. Aims and tasks
Article 3. The main aim of the Committee is to preserve the traditions of statehood and strengthen public solidarity.
Article 4. The main tasks of the Committee are:
- organising and coordinating civic initiatives;
- supporting cultural, literary and visual-art projects;
- holding awareness-raising events;
- establishing representations in the regions;
- issuing credentials to members and ensuring a mechanism for verifying their authenticity.
Chapter III. Membership
Article 5. Any citizen of the Republic of Azerbaijan who has reached the age of 18 may become a member of the Committee.
Article 6. Members are issued a Committee credential. The credential carries a unique number and a QR code; anyone scanning the QR code can see a page confirming the credential's authenticity.
Chapter IV. Governance
Article 7. The governing bodies of the Committee are the Chairperson, the Deputy Chairpersons, the Secretariat and the Public Council.
Article 8. The Chairperson provides overall leadership of the Committee and represents it officially.
Chapter V. Finance
Article 9. The Committee's activities are funded by membership contributions, voluntary donations and other sources not prohibited by law.
Chapter VI. Final provisions
Article 10. Amendments and additions to the Charter are adopted at the general meeting of the Committee.
